Well, stitches are to hold gaping wounds closed or to close a wound that won%26#039;t stop bleeding. If you have one of those types of wounds on your stomach, you will get stitches there. It wouldn%26#039;t make sense to put them somewhere else. 100% 1 VoteOther Answers (1)
