The best burn cream is a prescription strength ointment that you need to consult with your doctor to get a prescription for it. Works very well.

The second best method, go to your local pharmacy and pick up a tube of zinc oxide ointment and a tube of aloe vera gel. Mix them in 50/50 and apply to the area. Cover with gauze wrap. Change the dressings and reapply the zinc oxide and aloe mixture 3 times a day. Dr. K 100% 1 Vote

  • If it happend at work, your employer should pay for you to see a doctor. The best antibiotic ointment I%26#039;ve used is called Silver Sulfadiazine...but you have to have a prescription. If it%26#039;s not infected, you should just use over the counter antibiotic ointment and keep your burn clean and covered. 0% 0 Votes
  • Aloe. Cheap, effective, and has many uses. 0% 0 Votes
