Wht should i do about a fat lip??

Wht should i do about a fat lip?? Me and a freind were swimming and jumped on a floaty bed at the same time and my lip hit her head and i have a huge fat lip.
last night thee was a small blood blister and now hthe whole thing is one! i have already iced it.
what should i do?
