elevate your feet as often as you can. even just a little works. Dont drink a lot of water as that stays more in your body then other fluids. drink things like cranberry, apple or other juices. Ice tea too. When i was pregnant, the Dr told me water is good but it tends to stay in the body more. Try it and see. Much better than haveing to take a diretic or something else.

Lots of water. If your don%26#039;t drink water, your body thinks you are going to dehydrate and holds the water.
A good pair of shoes will help. Also fruits and veggies..no alcohol.
Good Luck!

That has happened to me. What you need to do is when you get to the place where you are going to sleep, elevate your legs for 15 to 30 minutes and it%26#039;ll be easier for your blood to circulate.
Try it, that should do it.

The climate is what I assume is the factor but it sounds like you need to be checked out for a circulatory or pulmunary problem you have before it leads to a more dangerous issue, such as thrombosis stroke or a heart attack.

At the end of the day, elevate your legs/feet on a pillow. Give them a good massage to get the blood flowing. It seems as though you may have a circulation problem. I would also go get checked for diabetes, swelling of the legs is very common with diabetes.
