yes, it is an allergy, but jusst be thankful that it is a mild allergy and not a life threatening one. you might want to put on bug spray and keep an epi pen in your purse or bag or whatever at ALL times! you never know when something will sting you! Be careful and God Bless.

if your throat is swallon on the inside,and you cant breath or drink,you are allergic. if its just swallon from being stung,its usually nothing to worry about. Did you get all the stingers out?
