I think I may have glass in my finger help!?

I think I may have glass in my finger help!? Someone smashed my car window and stole my car radio.I was investigating the incident and cut my self on small pieces of glass. I think I got it all out but it still stings because I cut myself in the crease of my finger. Will my finger get infected by a little piece of glass, almost a speck, I think that there maybe residue help.

the body has the ablity to remove some foreign bodies by pushing them upwards and out. keep and eye on it, if it doesnt improve or becomes inflammed and red then i would get someone to check it out for you. really fine cuts are notoriously sore so i wouldnt worry. and dont go poking about in it looking.......you%26#039;ll never find it!
