Bug Bites - I've had them for about three weeks! HELP?

Bug Bites - I%26#039;ve had them for about three weeks! HELP? I have bug bites all over my legs and I want them to go away. I have used anti-itch cream and it hasn%26#039;t worked and I have tried soaking in epsom salt that didn%26#039;t work. I don%26#039;t want to use bleach because it will really really really hurt (plus I%26#039;m pregnant not supposed to go near bleach) What else can I use to get rid of them???

If you have had them for three weeks are you sure they are just bug bites. Do they look infected? You may want to check it out with your doctor.
