Itchiness after applying aloe lotion?

Itchiness after applying aloe lotion? I got sunburned on a saturday, took a shower and applied regular skin lotion. On Monday, when the itchiness was setting in, I applied aloe lotion. Within moments, my itchiness suddenly got much worse, especially on the edges of the burnt area. Why is that? Should I continue with the aloe?

If it makes you itch STOP. I have the same problem with the unscented clear aloe. Now maybe its just the kind you are using (like for me) or maybe you are just allergic to all aloe vera. 67% 6 Votes
