I would wait a day or two and see if it%26#039;s any better. I am very accident prone and hurt myself a lot. But usually things go away, and if they dont, see a doctor. For now, ice, ice, ice is all i can say. it helps so much and keeps the swelling down, and if it hurts, dont do it! Dont do anything that you are unsure about. A doctor could tell you what to do better than anyone. Take care!Other Answers (2)

instead of using ice ,,, massage it with your other hand,, keep the blood flowing it%26#039;ll be painful but do it correctly now and you will not have problems later
