Help i just got a sunburn? I just got a pretty bad sunburn today! Mostly my back is the worst because it wasn%26#039;t as tan as the rest of me. What should i put on my sunburn or do? I want to keep it from peeling as much as i can! I heard lotion helps with that and i have used it before to keep from peeling but i also heard that lotion will keep the heat in. What do you suggest?

shower with the water as warm as you can stand, that will take the heat away, then put lotion on it to avoid peeling. 100% 1 Vote

Aloe Vera Gel. Its pretty cheap and it takes the heat out of the burn. Put that on it for a few days, and when it starts peeling, put lotion on cuz the aloe vera would have taken the heat out so it won%26#039;t matter if u put lotion on. 0% 0 Votes
vaseline helps soothe with the sunburn.but sweety everyone peels so there is no escape from that.it is a growth of new skin that makes that happen.the peeling is the burned old skin shedding off,it is healthy skin coming thru.take motrin for the pain and swelling. 0% 0 Votes

you should use aloe vera gel. its really good for burns and helps them heal. it cools the skin and replaces moisture, and also prevents peeling. 0% 0 Votes

try to put some vinegar on it.... its help relieve the pain because of its cooling effect,....just try it...then tell me if it does not work..
