I use aloe vera gel to but try taking a cool water bath or shower and then lie naked on a bed of cooled tea bags like lavendar or chammomile which helps to reduce inflammation. You will have to make the tea first and then let the tea bags cool till they are really cold then place them on a towel use a whole bunch of them and lie down on them it feels really good. Then get a bottle of olive oil and spread it on and use alot your skin will absorb most of it, dont use lotion as this tends to be drying but do use oil it helps soooo much!!!!!Other Answers (3)

This will help ALOT - Get an old sock and fill it partially with oatmeal. Tie a knot in it and then use it to bathe with. I know it sounds crazy but it works.
