Could i have a spider bite?

Could i have a spider bite? well i kind of live in the country in texas i kno its not an ant bite i have too many of those to count or a mosquito, but yesterday i went to a few get-togethers outside and i wore shorts, last night when i got home i noticed it and today it has gotten worse, i have this bite of something on my thigh, when i touch it it feels like a knot kinda deep, and it has a fever and is red with i small bump in the middle, my whole leg is aching, especially in my knee and if i lay on my side it hurts like pressure on the knot. so can anyone tell me what this could be? im also very tired. thank u!
