Yeah you really need to see a doctor, especially if you have a primary doctor, and if they can%26#039;t help then they will offer a referral. You may need to go for a cat scan(which is nothing) to help them make sure there is nothing more. If you have a fever you really better go to a doctor. I could be something of horror story on it. I had a problem with suddenly getting ear infections and didn%26#039;t have a primary doctor at the time, when and got it treated. Kept having problems because it turned out I had more then an ear infection by the time I got a primary doctor and they found out what was wrong. Although I had swelling as well. Point is though you could end up with something far more because that cut could be causing infection, and could end up with an infection in the inner ear and end up needing a specialist if you let it go too long.
