What you did is fine...you would know if anything else was wrong with her. If she had any pain at all she would let you know. If she does get any pain I would use Motrin but that is because I just like it better for kids than tylenol! Not good reason just felt it worked better for my kids. You did a great job...by not getting upset and freaking out you kept her calm and that is best when dealing with those fun bumps and bruises kids get. Keep up the good work!!! me..mom of a 22, 20 and 13 year old 100% 2 VotesOther Answers (2)

Nope there is nothing else you can do. Just make sure she brushes her teeth and practices good oral hygiene, and it will heal VERY fast. In fact the mouth and tongue are the fastest healing parts of the body. Kids are very resilient, they bounce back from life%26#039;s little bumps and bruises quite easily. So don%26#039;t sweat it everything will be okay! ;-)
