This is an unmistakable reaction. Your daughter has a non-serious alergy to mosquitos. The swelling will go away on its own, just try your best to keep ice on the swelling. I know someone who has this very same reaction to mosquito bites, don%26#039;t worry, it%26#039;s not serious.Other Answers (4)

Could be an allergic reaction. Monitor for signs of labored breathing or swelling in the mouth or throat. If any of these present themselves, along with other violent reactions, take her to the emergency room. If its just the isolated swelling, continue to watch it for changes and discoloration. In any case, schedule an appointment with her doctor.

Although she may not have symptoms other than the swelling you still need to take her to the doctors ASAP. Please get it looked at b/c it may be infected and that requires antibiotic treatment. This does happen from even the littlest cuts, and if you neglect to have it looked at, that small infection can become something more unmanageable. Good luck!

Hi hunni
You should take your daughter to A%26amp;E asap, better to be safe than sorry. The medics there will be able to treat her.
Good Luck hunni, I hope your daughter%26#039;s arm gets better soon. X :-)
