Do you have allergies? Try taking a Claratin and see if your eyes improve.Do you wear contacts? Your eyes may be irritated from over use of contacts. Try not wearing them for a few days.
If your eyes are just randomly red, try moisturizing eye drops or putting a cool, damp cloth over your eyes. If your symptoms don%26#039;t improve, call up your eye doctor. 100% 2 Votes

A good thing to do is to get a cloth and soak it and place it upon the eyes... make sure it%26#039;s cool and not dripping that it%26#039;ll go in your eyes.
Moisturize around your eyes and rest them with a nice nap... if you don%26#039;t have time for that with work and stuff, try and do the first step during breaks and have a chill out time with a nice cup of coffee (or tea) because sometimes stress or anxiety cause redness and stinging to eyes by strain.
Hope this helps and good luck on the recovery :-) 0% 0 Votes
