What happened? i touched an ipod with my left hand and it felt like i got electrocuted. then i put it down and it stopped then then i picked it back up then it came back. now my arm feels tingly in different places. it also feels kind of itchy

you will be fine, if it was connected to the PC there is a maximum voltage of 12V/Hardly any Amps. what you are feeling is the shock to the muscle due to a small electrical current passing through it.
