It sounds like her ear may be clogged with wax. What she needs to do is go and see her doctor and explain to him what is going on. Then he will do what is called syringing the ear. The doctor basically gently inserts something into the ear the breaks the clog of ear wax and disperses the wax. After she has done this she should regularly clean the ear with proper products (i dont know about using peroxide!) such as audiclean (we have this in aus) that you can buy from the chemist. If you dont have this product ask the chemist for something similar which is sure to be available. These products basically disperse the wax so that the dont get clogged again. 100% 1 VoteOther Answers (4)

I think the ear infection may not be completely gone. A good way to treat it would be to put some drops of garlic oil into the ear 3 times a day for about a week. If you can%26#039;t find garlic oil, just break open one of the gel caps and use that. I know it sounds funny, but garlic is a natural antibiotic. It has worked for me and my children.
I am an emergency medical responder that has been studying some natural methods of healing.
