Ever since then, every winter (it%26#039;s been about two winters now), my skin get REAL dry where the frost-bite occured. I don%26#039;t mean normally dry skin but like dry skin that basically drys so much it rips skin apart.
I%26#039;ve been using vaseline and other hand-lotions but the dryness doesn%26#039;t seem to want to leave until summer.
Any help?

OUCH!that seems really painful!!!!!
if vaseline (like the actual PETROLEUM jelly kind, not the lotion) doesn%26#039;t work to heal your skin, i would see a doc 100% 1 Vote

keep applying face cream to your hands every couple of hours. Drink lotsa fluid. It works for me. FYI I stay in Germany. It snows alot this year.
