I have had the exact same thing. It%26#039;s not exactly a heat rash, but very similar. It is most likely caused by the friction of your thighs rubbing together which can irritate your skin. You should keep the area dry and try to relieve the friction. Until it goes away, try not to wear clothing that lets the skin of your thighs rub--no skirts or dresses without hose. The thing that helped me the most was Gold Bond powder. You can get it at most any drugstore. 100% 1 VoteOther Answers (4)

It%26#039;s an irritation on your skin from the friction produced by your skin rubbing together. You can use medicated powder on that area and it will resolve itself.

Do the little bumps have anything in them? If not then you have prickly heat. All you need to do is clean the area and put baby powder in the creases of your leg and on your thighs. Benadryl will help with the itch but will make you sleepy. My thighs rub together like that too and that%26#039;s what my mom said to do. it works.
