How do i get out a very deep splinter?

How do i get out a very deep splinter? Ok i got a splinter in my foot today its very deep all i can see is its lil black end.... how do i get it out?

My uncle suggested take the lighter and burn it? will that work??

soak it in epsom salts to bring it closer to the top layer of skin. then take a needle and go digging for gold :)

• First clean it, then put Neosporin %26amp; a band-aid on it. The Neosporin should help bring it out, either all the way or at least where you can grab it with tweezers.
