I usually eat okay, not particularly healthy, but I don%26#039;t drink sodas and eat a lot of candy.
Lately though, I have been drinking sodas at work, and now I really want sweets. I just had 3 cookies today, and I want to get some ice cream today.
Yesterday I ate cake, before that I had waffles. No, I%26#039;m not pregnant, but I have been eating way more sweets than usual. All of this has happened within the past month (April). I drink a lot of water though....
Could this be a vitamin deficiency or what could it be? Oh, and usually it%26#039;s chocolate or caffeine-laden sweets.

I dunno what the actual cause may be...but I go through the same thing sometimes, especially at work. For me, I think it%26#039;s a bit stress and boredom related, also, once I get on the pattern of bad eating, it%26#039;s very difficult to get off of it. I%26#039;d advise you take multivitamins and try to always have a healthy treat nearby, like apple slices, baby carrots, or a granola bar and yogurt.
