running, sit ups, wall sits, lunges.
holding yourself in a push up position actually works your arms AND your core (stomach)
you can also do sit ups with your legs up to work your stomach more. and when you go up, twist to one side, go back down, back up, and twist to the other.
eat healthy.
snack less, cut down on the junk food and sugary drinks. drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. if you want to snack on something, fruit, yogurt or a granola bar is good.
cereal is good for breakfast. or some toast and margarine or jelly. salads are good too. and i think lean cuisines are tasty and healthy :)
