I know I need to lose weight. I have been trying and know how to lose but my problem is the energy. Every time I start something I get so tired so quickly that I give up and end up sitting back on the couch. (even when I am doing household chores its the same thing)
Any ways of boosting the energy level without getting into those energy drink. I don%26#039;t really want to take and pills either.

try drinking LOTS of water...lay off ALL the junk food....try using the food triangle or pyramid; whtever its called.........do this for a few days and u will have LOTS of energy...than to lose weight jog around the block, go to the gym....or just take a couple of walks!!
