Sore Throat? Do you have any recipes to make it feel better? Any tips are very welcome and appreciated! It hurts really bad and it%26#039;s more like a tinglely sore feelong and I can%26#039;t talk very well. HELP!!!

buy some local, raw, unpasteurized honey. Lie flat on your back, eat a tablespoon of it, and try to hold it in the back of your throat as long as possible.

well, my parents usually give me this sore throat spray, and it numbs your throat for a few hours or so, and it makes it go away. theres also cough drops too. but when i was younger, i also used warm salt water and gargle it down. i dont know if it will work, but it worked for me. 0% 0 Votes
Salt water helps. Honey and lemon juice, equal proportions, also helps. Don%26#039;t swallow it all at once, just hold it in your mouth and let it trickle down.

You want to keep warm, stay quiet (rest) and drink lots of liquids. It%26#039;s not really the time of year for it, but I find chicken soup (or just broth) really helps! 0% 0 Votes
depends what%26#039;s making it sore. gargling salt water is a great way to help if your tonsils are giving you trouble. make it really concentrated. it%26#039;ll taste nastier, but it%26#039;ll work better! use hot water, too. 0% 0 Votes
my favorite thing for a sore throat is mint tea with honey, or just hot water with lemon and honey. both are really nice on your throat , and the mint tea has this cooling taste that helps clear your sinuses too 0% 0 Votes
