I%26#039;ve been diagnosed with essential head tremors. Any home remedies or San Diego support groups out there? It is a moderate shaking, and the doctor said that medicine would not be effective. He said it will get worse. Any help on slowing it down would also be helpful. Thanx! :o)

My mother has developed that lately, im sorry to hear of your problem. I%26#039;m worried for her because she won%26#039;t go see a doc because I think she%26#039;s afraid.

She%26#039;s been getting accupemture for it, she reckons it%26#039;s helping but im not so sure.
