Well, according to Alli%26#039;s advertisements, it is the only FDA approved diet drug.... but that doesn%26#039;t mean it%26#039;s safe or effective.Ultimately, the best way to lose weight (the ONLY way that%26#039;s effective for everyone) is diet and exercise. Diet pills should only be used as a tool to help with a diet and exercise program (which Alli also requires). Most of them have some variety of side effects including jittery feelings (for those that give energy), diarrhea (for laxatives), or even %26quot;oily discharge%26quot; (meaning a greasy mess leaking from your rectum like Alli says specifically).
If you would like to lose weight and actually get results, I would suggest talking to a nutritionist or a dietitian... they can help you find what would work best for your body in particular. Good luck! Health/nutrition classes, personal research, and personal experience

Alli is.
However, I wouldn%26#039;t recommend it unless you like making a poo mess due to anal leakage all over your nice new pants while you%26#039;re in public. -
Yes. Alli is the only non-prescription one, though.
(And yes that DOES mean it%26#039;s both safe AND effective!) myalli.com -
Adderall (amphetamines) are by far the most effective. I had the least body fat I have ever had while taking it.

Phentermine is probably the most common prescription diet pill there is so it has clearly been approved by the FDA.
