Well, you can%26#039;t outlaw something because the people using them are stupid. We haven%26#039;t outlawed coffee, yet people seem to keep getting burned by it. We haven%26#039;t outlawed McDonalds either, bu people keep suing them for serving fatty foods and causing heart problems. If your buddy wants to eat an entire pack of icebreakers, that%26#039;s his deal - but you aren%26#039;t going to get gum pulled off the shelves for his own bad decisions. 100% 1 Vote

ahhh. as a teen who absolutly hates Coffee and accidently stumbled across these i know about this.

1 for starters the only way i could see your friend concievable going into cardiac arrest from the mints alone is if he/she was actually dumb enough to eat the entire pack at once. Even though there is roughly 13 servings in one pack... that is 39mints.

2 No more than they should outlaw drinking coffee.
