Most of your diet drinks have splenda or some other toxic artificial sweeteners, get smart and get some Stevia , it is an herbal natural sweetner, you can purchase it in powder form or an extract form, the first time if taking the powder form try measuring it on the end of a toothpick, that is how strong it is, to a cup of tea etc; the extract, you use 1 drop to a cup of tea. You can get it at most health food stores, it is non caloric , good for diabetics, and just good for you , look it up on the net there is a multitude of info on it.Other Answers (6)

I suggest unsweetened green tea. There are no calories, lots of antioxidants, and there is a theory that it works as an appetite suppressant. The best way to drink it is hot: buy some loose green tea and a tea ball, or go get some bags. Drop it in hot water for 90 seconds-2 minutes, and you%26#039;re good.
