My husband just started taking it, I believe it is making a difference in his urinary difficulties. He (although undiagnosed) has an enlarged prostate gland. Most men take it as a preventative measure. One thing I would suggest is to get it from a good source such as a naturist or ask your health food store for the natural herbal supplement. Most of what you get from the drug store even and the health food store are chemically made and harder for your body to process
