whats better to get into your body when working out creatine or protein what are the benefits of both and side effects to both and which one will get me faster results?? oh yea is creatine only temporary muscle and is it unhealthy??

protien powder is used for more of gaining weight (that you then use to make muscle)
creatine is a natural substance that your body produces and by takeing powder your just adding more. creatine hydrates your muscles helping them perform better and look bigger.
protein powder you can put on and keep weight
creatine only helps while your on it
