whats better to get into your body when working out creatine or protein what are the benefits of both and side effects to both and which one will get me faster results?? oh yea is creatine only temporary muscle and is it unhealthy??

both of these can damage your kidneys in excess, but creatine is far more dangerous to take as a supplement than a soy based protein powder. 100% 2 Votes
