There are many different natural ways to treat anxiety. Try St. John%26#039;s Wort, magnesium supplements, a b-complex, chamomile tea, valerian tea, passionflower tea, GABA, etc.
The teas would probably make you calm down the fastest, or if you want to just prevent them, I would try a b-complex.

I don%26#039;t have anxiety attacks, but I find kava to be relaxing. I drink it as a tea or take it in a capsule.
You might try breathing exercises, relaxation response training, or yoga. A Google search should turn up more info on those techniques.
