She should only take one a day. Multivitamins contain lots of stuff she already gets from eating so its just to make sure she gets enough. If she has more than one a day its probably ok though don%26#039;t do it everyday because a person CAN get to many vitamins and get sick from it, but she would have to take a lot.It wont matter when she takes them either, the body will absorb what it needs either way.

BUT those types of multivitamins are useless. They are loaded with sugars and dies and are diluted and low on the nutrient level.
