Anyone know of a site in the net where they outline or demonstate self massage for things like stress relief? For areas like feet, neck and lower back?

Keywords to use are massage therapy, back massage, shoulder massage, deep tissue massage.
But the best thing I have found to self-massage is a tennis ball. Put the tennis ball between your body part (back, arm, etc.) and the wall and just move around. Or you can sit on the tennis ball under your glutes and roll around ontop of it. Looks weird, but works.
