Valerian is a natural product for this purpose. It is available from a good supplement retailer or an oriental pharmacy.

FYI: Marijuana is not a muscle relaxant. It is classified as a halucenogen and pain killer so U guys really shouldn%26#039;t recommend it for just everything! I have as much of it as I want and believe me it%26#039;s not a muscle relaxer!
