I will be going on vacation in two weeks and will not be able to eat eggs every morning, so I was hoping to find a dietary supplement that I can take to keep up my cold tolerance. Coenzyme Q10 (30 mg) and Coenzyme A (dosage unknown) have both been recommended to me for this purpose (not by a physician). Does anyone have any knowledge of their effectiveness at improving cold tolerance? Are there any other supplements that I should consider? Thanks!

You could eat complex carbohydrates or protein suppliments to raise your metobolic rate. CQ10 is great for your heart and immune system, it alleviates free radicals as well. Pasta would work also.-
